The previous comments about the greens and tees WERE true, but the TLC that was
suggested has been done and the greens are in great shape.
The tee boxes still
need a little time but
are quite playable.
Service can be spotty, but if you tell them about problems
in the pro shop, something WILL be done about them.
The management is very
responsive and customer
oriented.
I play there about once a week and will continue to do so.
Sign up for their
online specials and you will save money.

Solo'd a 2 hr dewsweeper. Tee boxes and fairways in good shape.
Bunkers were
hard as rocks w/ no recent rain to blame!?!
Greens were moderately quick for the
morn, though still a
little sandy.
For my game, I had a great, relaxing round.
However, when I
approached starter to work me in to complete a skipped #2, he flat out denied me
w/ a grumpy "NO";
and
then yukked it up w/ the group on the tee about my request.
To say the least,
his attitude soiled an otherwise positive experience. Given their rates, I guess
they can afford 'liabilities' like
that!?!?

Thanks for all the recent reviews.
You guys saved me a wasted Saturday round
especially since I wait all week to play my one round of golf.

This course is way over priced for its horrible greens and overall condition.
I
used to love this course, but it has become unplayable at times.
The greens have
more sand in them than
the sand traps do and tee boxes are all jacked up.
This course honestly needs to
be shut down and remodeled completely.
If you pay more than 25 dollars to play
here, you are getting
ripped off!

8 years ago, I would have considered this my home course.
I played there on 6/9
for the first time in years and was sadly disappointed in how bad the course has
gotten.
Greens were
beyond awful. Bare spots and rough spots on just about every green.
Multiple tee
boxes had been resodded and were closed. Others needed to have the same thing
done.
Fairways were
OK. There were lot's of areas where "improvements" were being made but who
really cares about stone walkways and sodded areas that arent' in play?
Fix the
greens and the tees! I
wouldn't go back, but for the $30 super-twilight and fact that it's the closest
course to work.
