Played the Mill then the School nines on Saturday, September 5th.
Overall the course is in very good shape with tees and fairways green and plush.
The greens have been cut very short and have been very heavily watered. As a
result, any approach shot with some height to it will "stick" pretty well.
The greens putted very fast, but are a little scarred up from unrepaired or
poorly repaired pitch marks.
The bunkers have plenty of sand, are consistent, and are well maintained.
This course offers a lot of variety in hole layout and is a very good value.
For a busy Saturday, pace of play was very nice, with our round taking a little
over 4 hours to complete.

Played Chicopee today (4th of July) and it was plush.
The greens were the perfect roll and were very nicely receptive to shots
(sticking but not too soft).
Overall the course was beautiful.
The weather was amazing and the course was honestly great.
Perfect condition. BBQ sandwich was great and we didn't have anyone in front or
behind to wait on - 4 hour round.
It would be hard not to play your best golf on a course in this good of
shape - exactly what I was hoping it
would be - perfect.

Played July 1 after reading good reviews. It was so good I went back July 2nd.
Conditions of tees, fairways and roughs were as good as anywhere I have played.
Bunkers were ok, but they are supposed to be hazards.
Greens are rolling really true with good speed. They were a little wet for me,
but is anything ever perfect?
For the price on LMTT, I am not sure there is
a better deal out there.

I played this course with one of my friends in high school and it is a great
deal for high schoolers to walk- only 9.30!
The club-house is nice and offers good food,
and the pro-shop is stocked with TaylorMade clubs and lots of Titliest hats.
The practice facility is incredible. Best practice facility I've been to in
Atlanta. For only $5 you get 60 some balls,
and they have grass tees which are in excellent condition and lots of
flags to aim for.
The chipping green and practice bunkers is the best part though. You can
practice pitch shots from 50 yards in with this chipping green!
On to the course: Course layout was very fun yet challenging. Play almost every
single club in your bag.
Tee boxes were in good condition. Fairways were really nice.
They were just the right length for me- not to hard but not thick either.
The greens was the best part of the round! The are amazing! They rolled at
a very nice speed and kept on line EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Saw cart-girl 3 or 4 times. Would not recommend walking course unless your
willing for a workout, but a great course to play!

Played on Thursday 06-25-09 10:42 tee time.
I arrived 1 hour early, thinking I would get out a little early-WRONG
ANSWER.
The practice area was great with chipping area and great sand bunker practice.
Teed off right at 10:42am. Played the School and the Village, fairways were
great.
The greens on the Village were a little beat up with divots but they still
rolled fast and true.
I would have loved to play the Mill but the course was still GREAT for the
price.
I also had to bring my 6 year old son because my babysitter cancelled, and
the course was cool with this.
I will return ASAP but with out my son.

I played Chicopee Woods on 6/5/09. The two 9 holes we played were the "Mill" and
"School."
The fairways were in good shape and the greens were actually very nice for a
public course.
There were quite a few unrepaired ball marks on each green, but I don't know how
they can make people respect the course.
Overall, the fairways were wide and fun.
Most important... our pace of play was 4 hours for 18 holes on a Friday
afternoon!
Awesome! I recommend you give it a try.
