CHATEAU ELAN - WOODLANDS COURSE

Have played both Chateau Elan courses now.
IMHO this is the more difficult of the two.
The course was in very good condition and the greens were running smooth and
true.
The terrain is more up and down and the fairways a bit narrower (it is called
"the woodlands" after all).
Also a number of blind shots, both off the tee and into the green.
The layout is interesting, more thought has to be given to course management.
Plays long from the back tees.
As always, the amenities and service are great.
A very enjoyable experience.

It's been awhile since I played Woodlands.
If you can't get off the tee you are in for a LONG day.
The whole Chateau experience is just a great place to play.
And the greens are just so true. Always look forward to coming back.
Everything you need within reason in the clubhouse and the staff (from the
parking lot on down) is right on.

I Love this course!
Great layout from any tee box. Challenging. Incredible greens.
To play this course at this price was amazing.
I will be back countless times.

I love the layout of this course, it has many challenges suitable for many skill
levels.
From the front tees, high handicappers can enjoy the course,
and from the tips, there are many challenges that don't present themselves
from the up tees.
The course condition is very consistent through the year.
The practice range is immaculate with many putting greens and chipping greens.
I will continue to play this course for years to come.
